Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad



I can’t get enough of fresh fruit this summer! We go through it way too fast at our house. Something that screams summertime is chilled delicious fruit! This Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad is a balance of sweet, salty and savory! My personal favorite! Toss chilled fresh fruit with feta cheese, lime juice and cilantro and you have a perfect summer salad that will please your palette! I love switching things up and making a dish that friends and family aren’t expecting. This is a great late afternoon pick me up snack as well!



I pair this Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad as a BBQ side, at a party or with a sandwich for lunch. The Mister can’t get enough of the feta cheese and how well it compliments this salad! The pop of the blueberry, crispness of the ripe watermelon, saltiness of the feta cheese and freshness of the cilantro and lime combine the perfect textures all in one! Make sure your watermelon and blueberries chill in the refrigerator before preparing. The chilled fruit heighten the deliciousness of the salad!

Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad

Serves 6-8

  • 4 cups Seedless watermelon (chilled and chopped)
  • 2 cups blueberries (chilled and rinsed)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (minced)


Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl before serving. Toss gently and serve chilled.
note: I keep both the watermelon and blueberries in the refrigerator up to a few hours before preparing and serving. Can make this up to a half an hour before serving.
