I am ready for summer and with the warmer weather eating something tropical, fresh, and sweet makes me so happy! Coconut shavings on top complete this Coconut Creme Yogart Pineapple Parfait and makes the presentation look so pretty! They would be perfect for a brunch or baby shower. I prefer granola chewy combined with the smoothness of yogurt and the slight crunch of cold fresh fruit. I have loved granola and yogurt for a long time and it just never goes out of style! Coconut Creme Yogurt Pineapple Parfait

- 1-2 (5.3)oz containers of Coconut Creme Greek Yogurt
- 3 medium slices pineapple (chilled in the fridge)
- 1/2 - 1 cup homemade granola
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shavings
|Place yogurt on bottom of mason jar. Add desired amount of granola and fresh fruit, repeat starting with yogurt until mason jar is full. Sprinkle with coconut shavings on top.|
